Mission, Vision and Values
We are a non-profit making organisation, of the people and for people, offering services in the social setting, and working in particular on the social inclusion of vulnerable groups through a working philosophy based on the concepts of participation and empowerment.
As an organisation, we aim to be professionalised, stable, dynamic, innovative and integrated, both internally and externally, with a recognised, shared strategic line, based on planning and continuous evaluation, and on quality management to enable us to become a point of reference in personal attention.
We join the proposals of EAPN Europe regarding the EU Future Strategy 2020.

Igaxes3 accepts as fundamental principles of the Community Initiative EQUAL:
Complementarity: which seeks to ensure that projects run really influence the policy areas not covered by general policies relating to them.
Integrated approach: from an analysis of the main causes of discrimination present in a sector, it should propose a set of options that might be applied to a plurality of final beneficiaries, which in any case, must belong to the groups to which the difficulties and problems identified more severely affected.
Concentration: Actions should focus on the most adverse situations of discrimination and inequality, ultimately, to focus on those targeted to affect them in a more intense discrimination and inequality.
Institutional cooperation: training required and a working model based on cooperation between institutions of different nature, to the extent of their capabilities, possibilities and interests, agree to collaborate in the development of our projects.
Equal opportunities between men and women: integrating the gender perspective in all phases and activities of the project.
Innovation through national and transnational cooperation: by proposing new approaches, developing innovative methods and tools, or transfer of elements from other contexts territorial or institutional sector to enhance the effectiveness of practices and resources general policies that affect projects.
Transnational cooperation: as a substantial part of the work programs of the various projects.
Transfer capability: the general policies of the new methods, ideas, solutions, ultimately proven best practices in projects.
These values and principles of the Equal Community Initiative, we add the quality and transparency and maximum performance in all projects undertaken by the entity.
